How does photo organizing work?

- We have an initial free 20-minute video chat via our online scheduling calendar. During this meeting, we will talk about your current situation, what your needs are and what your photo goals are.
- Following our initial chat, if you decide to go forward, we will schedule a 2-hour Discovery Session and collect the deposit. You will decide what hour block you want to start with. The Discovery Session will be either via video conferencing or in-person (travel costs may apply) depending on where you are located, where we will talk about the photos you have and chat about all the important information like you, your family, key dates, and past events and memories you cherish. If time allows, we will also take a quick inventory review of your photos. The time we spent on the discovery session will be deducted from the hours you purchased.
- A contract with an invoice indicating you paid for the deposit will be sent to you after we schedule the Discovery Session.
- Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates. We’ll also schedule check-ins to make necessary decisions and gather the information needed to complete your project.
