Hourly Packages
If you just want to tip your toes at photo organization, the hourly packages at discounted rates are a great way to help you or someone you love to get started with professional photo organizing assistance. We’ll kick start your journey from photo chaos to cherished memories whether that is organizing a physical photo collection or a digital one.
If you have collection already consolidated into one system but need help organizing. These packages can also be a great way to get started. Or you can choose to use my service by the hour, but a minimum of 4 hours of service is required.
5 Hours – $350
With five (5) hours of dedicated professional assistance, this will kick start your journey towards photo organization. We begin the photo project discussion with a free 30-minute consultation Zoom call and learn what type of project you are want to work on. Whether that is a physical or digital collection that you want organized, scanned and/or categorized. Example: Five hours may be perfect to get you or someone you love started in having up to 100 prints, slides or negatives in good condition organized by year, digitized (scanned), cropped and auto color corrected.
10 Hours – $670
Elevate your experience with ten (10) hours of personalized attention. We begin in a similar way to the 5-hour plan and then we can get started helping you with your project. Perfect to get you or someone you love started perhaps organizing, and scanning prints, slides or negatives in good condition organized by year, digitized (scanned), cropped and auto color corrected.
20 Hours – $1,300
Get more hours up front for the ultimate photo organizing help with twenty (20) hours of services/support. We start with a free 30-minute consultation Zoom call and learn what type of project you are want to work on. We organize your physical collection, digitize, edit, color correct and work with you to ensure your digital photos are backed up. Perfect to get you or someone you love to start organizing and scanning photos, slides or negatives in good condition.
Customized Packages
At Cherished Memories Preserved, we create personalized projects tailored to your unique needs and goals. We offer customizable packages to bring your vision to life. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates. We’ll also schedule check-ins—either in person or virtually—to make decisions and gather the information needed to complete your project.
Fees:
We work with your budget and make this smooth and digestible for you. We require a $300 deposit before the project starts and will invoice at the end of each milestone/phase. Payment for each milestone/phase needs to be paid before we proceed to the next milestone/phase. Our rate is $75/hour.

Maintenance Package
