At Cherished Memories Preserved, we create personalized projects tailored to your unique needs and goals. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates. We’ll also schedule check-ins—either in person or virtually—to make decisions and gather the information needed to complete your project.

We work with your budget and make this smooth and digestible for you. All projects are hourly based. Our rate is $75/hour. We can work on blocks of hours like 5, 10, or 20 hours at a time. We require a $300 deposit before the project starts and will invoice at the end of each purchased hour block. Payment for each hour block needs to be paid before we proceed to the next hour block.

We can scan your physical photos with high resolution and organize them in a simple folder structure for easy access. Originals will be returned to you.

• Printed Photos: $0.75/photo (Loose photos up to 8×10 in good condition. Not fragile, heritage, or sticky backs)
• Oversized Items: $1.25/photo (Items up to 12×12 in good condition. Not fragile, heritage, or sticky backs. This can be scrapbooking pages, children’s artwork, newspaper, clippings, documents, etc.)
• Negatives or Slides: $1.50/image

Clients may purchase hourly packages to have photos removed from albums and have photos sorted/organized prior to scanning. Scan price includes post-scan processing/editing which includes dating, color correction, rotation, and folder & file naming.

Our photo books are customized to showcase all the memories you want to enjoy and share. Pricing varies widely based on the complexity of the project and the materials you want for the cover and papers. It starts at $680 but most projects are more than that.
